The road plate cap was developed to improve site safety when road plates are used to secure open excavations in the carriageway.

The Application. |

Effective securing of road plates has been an industry wide issue for a number of years.
Road plates weigh on average 400kg and are designed for carriageway use only.

The road plate mushroom provides a cost effective, easy to use solution to this problem, manufactured from cast nylon for strength and durability.
Fitting the device is quick and simple. The engineer can drill through the existing lifting points on the road plate and fit both the bolt and securing mushroom in one easy application.
Both bolts and mushrooms are reusable so once work is completed all products can be stored away for reuse. |
